Dynamo first pre-season session

On Monday, June 26, FC Dynamo Kyiv players’ vacation came to an end. The team gathered at the training ground in Koncha-Zaspa.

On Monday the team had two sessions. In the morning, the group of players, that wasn’t having a medical examination, worked out at the gym while in the afternoon the whole team had a session. On Tuesday, the schedule will be the same.

Dynamo are currently working under the charge of assistant coach Olexandr Shovkovskyi as Mircea Lucescu has health issues. Lucescu will join the team on July 3 when the White-Blues leave for the training camp in Austria.

Halfback Serhiy Buletsa, who featured for Zoria on loan last season, is also working with the team. So is Kristian Bilovar, who had a loan move to Cyprus league side AEL Limassol last season.

All performers got back to work with enthusiasm. As usually, first sessions are of accustoming type as players need to adapt to intense exercise load. Internationals will get additional time for rest, so they’ll join the team in Austria.

Dynamo president Ihor Surkis was present at the session. He followed the training process carefully.

The session lasted about an hour and a half. After some jogging players had intense warm-up under the charge of Vitaliy Kulyba. Then the team did different exercises aimed at possession practice, passing, combinations etc.

As we mentioned before, on July 3, the White-Blues will leave for Austria to have a training camp that will be on till July 21. First friendlies opponents are already known.
