Our team will face the Romanian Liga I side FC Botosani.
The club was founded in 2001.
In 2004 Botosani won Liga III and in 2013 – Liga II. Thus they promoted to the Romanian top league, where they finished their first season 8th out of 18.
In 2015/2016 season Botosani made their debut in euro cups. Romanian side reached the Europa League 2nd qualifying round and lost against Legia Warsaw (0:3, 0:1).
Botosani mostly rely on Romanian performers. At the moment they have four foreign players: 24-year-old Bulgarian goalkeeper Plamen Iliev, 27-year-old Bulgarian right back Radoslav Dimitrov, 27-year-old Argentinean attacking midfielder Gonzalo Cabrera and 27-year-old Lithuanian forward Deivydas Matulevicius.
Leading Romanian players of the team are 29-year-old midfielder Gabriel Vasvari, 26-year-old supporting midfielder Stelian Cucu, 22-year-old centre back George Miron and 26-year-old winger Istvan Fulop.
The head coach of the team is 48-year-old Romanian specialist Leontin Grozavu.
Two years ago Dynamo won the sparring against Botosani 3:0.
