There wasn’t a lot of running this time – players did almost all exercises with the ball. The morning training session was divided into two parts. At first Kyivans were supposed to go through four stations like barbell, kettbells, dumbbells and barriers after which they unleashed shots or headers from certain distance.
After that the tam went to the neighboring field to work on one-on-one situation and attacks finishing.
The most interesting part of the afternoon session was 11 vs 11 game series on the pitch that is a bit smaller than ordinary one. Head coach Serhiy Rebrov took a seat on metal construction to see players’ actions better.
Bohdan Mykhailychenko, who picked up an injury at the first training camp, keeps working individually under the charge of recreation therapist.
At the morning training session Volodymyr Shepelev hurt his leg a bit, so in the evening he joined Bohdan, but young midfielder will be fine soon.
