That’s really exhausting to have two training sessions a day, so coaches invent interesting exercises for players to let them compete and feel thrill of the race.
At the morning training session the White-Blues played tag. The task was to catch teammate whom coach named.
Newcomer of our team Aleksandar Pantic got a good exercise load. When it was his turn to chase, physical trainer Jesus Pinedo named different players once in several seconds as if he wanted to check whether Serbian defender knew his teammates’ names. By the way, on the tip from Pinedo Pantic has got a nickname – Panda.
Later it was time for obstacle course. The pitch was divided into three stations. Players’ task was to elude mannequins, jump over barriers and finish their “run” with shot on goal.
Meanwhile goalkeepers were supposed to clear shots from different positions.
In the afternoon Kyivans also had intense work, but this time they focused on tactics. The training session wasn’t as long as usually considering that the White-Blues have many friendlies ahead.
On February 7 FC Dynamo Kyiv will play the first exhibition match at the second training camp – against Croatian side NK Osijek. The game will start at 17:30 (Kyiv time). You can follow every friendly live on Dynamo official YouTube channel and in mobile application.
