This decision concerns the interview of Ihor Surkis published in August of 2020 in which he expressed his opinion about the UAF first vice president Vadym Kostiuchenko and his role in appointment of officials for the Ukrainian Premier League matches.
FC Dynamo Kyiv don’t agree with this decision and consider it to be unreasonable.
As far as curbs on free speech are unacceptable in democratic and civilized world, the blub will ask the UAF control and disciplinary committee to provide the full text of the decision.
Then Dynamo will submit an appeal to the UAF appeal committee.
