Brazilian half-back Michael, who spent the 2008/2009 season on loan at FC Santos, will stay in his homeland until at least December 2009. FC Dynamo Kyiv and Botafogo FR reached a loan agreement that will see the 26-year-old midfield player spend the next half of the year with Rio de Janeiro-based club.
Botafogo FR finished ninth in Brazil last season and started their new Serie A campaign with two draws.
