UEFA Referee Committee has selected German referee Florian Meyer to take charge of the Europa League Round of 16 first leg between Dynamo Kyiv and Manchester City at the Valeriy Lobanovskyy Dynamo stadium on Thursday, 10 March.
In Kyiv, the 42-year-old referee will be assisted by countrymen Holger Henschel and Christoph Bornhorst, with Babak Rafati acting as the fourth official.
The additional assistant referees Marc Seemann and Christian Dingert will patrol the goal lines.
Arno P. Sargsyan of Armenia and Kyros Georgiou of Cyprus will act as UEFA delegate and referee observer, respectively.
