Viktor Shvetsov from Odesa has been confirmed as the referee for the DATAGROUP Ukrainian Cup final between Dynamo Kyiv and Shakhtar Donetsk at Uvileynyi stadium in Sumy on Wednesday.
Born in Odesa on 22 June, 1969, Shvetsov started refereeing in 1991 when he was twenty-two years of age and was promoted to the Premier League list of referees in 2005. Three years later he earned his FIFA badge. This game will be the fourth time he has taken charge of a Dynamo game this season.
Vitaliy Demyanenko from Mukacheve and Mykola Vasyuta from Rivne are the assistant referees, with Ihor Pokydko (Poltava) operating as fourth official.
