Ovidiu Alin Hategan of Romania has been appointed to take charge of the Europa League group stage Matchday 1 game between FC Dynamo Kyiv and Stoke City FC on Thursday, and will be accompanied by assistants and compatriots Zoltan Szekely and Octavian Sovre.
Alexandru Dan Tudor and Istvan Kovacs will run the goal lines, while Serbastian Coltescu will act as the fourth official.
