FFU Referee Committee has appointed Yaroslav Kozyk from Mukacheve to take charge of the concluding game at the Valeriy Lobanovskyy stadium this season - the Ukrainian Premier League Matchday 29 fixture between Dynamo Kyiv and Volyn Lutsk on Sunday, May 15.
Kozyk took up refereeing in 1998 and made his top-flight debut in 2011. So far this season he has refereed two games.
In Kyiv, he will be accompanied by assistant referees Serhiy Bekker (Kharkiv) and Bohdan Buchynskyi (Ternotil), with Yuriy Hrysyo (Lviv) acting as the fourth official.
