Eight Dynamo players in the U-21 squad

On Tuesday 17 March, Ukraine U-21 team coach Pavlo Yakovenko announced his squad for the upcoming friendlies against Serbia and Northern Ireland to be played on 27 and 31 March respectively. The coach has called up 30 footballers for the training camp, including eight Dynamo players.

Ukraine U-21 team squad:

Goalkeepers: Anton Kanibolotskiy (FC Dnipro), Oleksandr Rybka, Artem Kychak (both from Dynamo), Andriy Novak (FC Karpaty).

Defenders: Andriy Hryhoryk (Illichivets), Yevhen Selin (Metalist), Oleksiy Kurylov (Zorya), Yaroslav Rakytskyy (Shakhtar), Andriy Fartushnyak (FC Kharkiv), Andriy Sakhnevych, Vadym Rodina, Yevhen Novak (all from Dynamo), Serhiy Vovkodav, Oleksandr Matveyev (both from Vorskla);

Halfbacks: Maksym Bilyy (FC Kharkiv), Yaroslav Zakharevych (Arsenal), Taras Stepanenko (Metalurh Zaporizhya), Volodymyr Bidlovskiy, Oleh Holodyuk (both from Karpaty), Mykola Morozyuk, Roman Zozulya (both from Dynamo), Anton Postupalenko (Metalist), Valeriy Fedorchuk (FC Lviv), Volodymyr Chesnakov, Vitaliy Subochev (both from Vorskla);
