- First of all we are thankful to fans for support. We really needed our 12th player.
We used almost every chance, defended well and followed the game plan.
- Were you nervous before the battle against Romelu Lukaku?
- Everyone knows he’s a good forward, who used to feature for Chelsea, but we were a sole team. Everyone helped teammates. I think we’ve coped with Lukaku. He scored due to his individual skills. I guess he was a bit lucky. Everton hit the target one again due to set piece as a typical English team. Anyway we’ve reached the next stage.
- When did you realize you would qualify for the next round?
- I realized that after Antunes’s goal. There were about fifteen minutes left till the final whistle after that.
