The game took place at the NSC Olimpiyskyi, but the White-Blues were technically the away side.
Comparing with the recent match against KAA Gent Mircea Lucescu made a lot of substitutions in the starting lineup. Olexandr Syrota, Viktor Tsyhankov, Volodymyr Shepelev, Mikkel Duelund, Olexandr Andriyevskyi and Benjamin Verbic were among first eleven.
Kyivans took the situation under control at once and had a chance to open the score about quarter of an hour into the game, but Tsyhankov missed being in a good position.
In a couple of minutes Andriyevskyi performed a decent knock-on to Supriaha and Mynai defender Pavlish committed desperate foul inside the box. Referee sent him off and awarded penalty for Dynamo. Verbic attempted from the spot, but goalkeeper parried his shot.
Still the White-Blues didn’t rush after that understanding that goal was just a matter of time. Supriaha had a good opportunity, but his header after cross by Kedziora went wide.
Eventually, in the 36th minute, Supriaha performed spectacular heel pass to Andriyevskyi inside the penalty area and Olexandr sent the ball into the net.
Five minutes before the break Dynamo doubled the score. Verbic hit the post from outside the box, but Tsyhankov was the first to obtain the ball and make it 2:0.
After the first half Mircea Lucescu made three substitutions. Sydorchuk, Shaparenko and Sol replaced Shepelev, Duelund and Supriaha.
59 minutes into the match Shaparenko found Verbic with accurate pass and Benjamin scored the third goal of the game with a chip.
In the 69th minute Matic sent the ball into his own net after low cross by Mykolenko and thus made it 4:0 for Dynamo.
