Orest Shmyhelskyy from Lviv will take charge of the league game between FC Kharkiv and Dynamo this Sunday. Keen on fishing, the 39-year-old landed refereeing career in 1995 at a regional level to be promoted to Ukrainian top division in 2002.
Shmyhelskyy will be accompanied by assistant referees Andriy Valenko and Oleksandr Bilous, with Oleksandr Ivanov the fourth official. Andriy Havashi and Petro Kobychyk will act as FFU (Ukraine Football Federation) delegate and inspector respectively.
