Battle for the trophy will start on May 15 at 20:00 in Kharkiv at Metalist Stadium.
FC Dynamo Kyiv will face FC Chornomorets Odesa in semifinal while FC Shakhtar Donetsk will perform against FC Slavutych Cherkasy.
Semifinals will take place on May 7.
