Yesterday local FC Hirnyk-Sport played the Ukrainian Cup match against FC Dynamo Kyiv in our small town. In the morning I got a call and a person I didn’t know said: “We’ve been given your phone number in Kyiv as you are volunteer from Komsomolsk. We’d like to meet you and give you something”.
It was so GREAT to hear. It is incredible that people in Kyiv know me as volunteer.
When I came to the office with other women there was a car waiting for us. It was so great to realize that though media and authorities of Komsomolsk don’t notice what we do, other cities know about us: Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Brody, Lviv, Ternopil, Selidove, Hirnyk, Hostre...
