On September 9, Ukraine played another Euro-2024 qualifier.
The Yellow-Blues faced one of the leading European teams – England – in Wroclaw. Serhiy Rebrov’s men demonstrated significant dedication and played in a draw deservedly – 1:1.
FC Dynamo Kyiv goalkeeper Heorhiy Bushchan was in Ukraine starting lineup, just like several trainees of the club – Illia Zabarnyi, Vitaliy Mykolenko, Viktor Tsyhankov and Roman Yaremchuk.
Bushchan did a good job and saved Ukraine a number of times.
76 minutes into the game another Dynamo representative took the field – Vitaliy Buialskyi. Kyivans’ ex-skipper Serhiy Sydorchuk also made a substitute appearance.
Ukraine will play the next qualifier on September 12 – against Italy. After 4 matchdays the Yellow-Blues have 7 points (2 wins, 1 draw, 1 defeat).
