After the game against FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih (3:1), FC Dynamo Kyiv goalkeeper Heorhii Bushchan summarized the season and told about his 150th appearance for the club.
- It’s nice to win, but I’m still upset we didn’t manage to succeed in the previous game and continue the title race. Today we could do certain experiments. It was a nice open match by both sides.
It’s great to play for such an outstanding club as Dynamo, but unfortunately I’ve made only 150 appearances. I could do better, but we have what we have.
- How was this season for Dynamo?
- Like a roller coaster. We did pretty well late in the first round and after the training camp, but still lost some points in spring and could fight for the title till the final game.
- You’ve been called up to Ukraine national team. Will you have enough time to recover after the club season?
- This was the last game for internationals before we join the national team to get ready for Euro-2024.
After the Euro we’ll have a training camp, so I guess this is the last week when we can have rest before the winter break.
- Do you consider the current Ukraine national team the best in history?
- I’ve been only to one Euro. The lineup hasn’t changed much. We have a good team. Many guys play abroad which is good. We want to do better in the UPL and prove we deserve playing for Ukraine.
