Heorhiy has done the interview for our site, summarized the year and shared his future plans.
- This year was pretty much a success for me although I didn’t perform a lot for the club. I must be patient and persistent, work hard and fight for my chance.
I’m not going to leave anywhere. My goal is to demonstrate what I’m capable of in Dynamo. I’ll do my best for that.
- Do you think you’ll have more game practice in the second part of the season?
- It’s all in my hands. We have serious competition for starting spot in the team, so I need to be ready to win it. It’s very important to me to become the first team player.
- You’ve won the U-20 World Cup. Those must be incredible impressions…
- Sure, I’ll never forget that. I’m proud we’ve managed to represent the country so decently.
- Yesterday the awarding ceremony of U-20 team took place. Many people criticize Dynamo for not coming and say that president of the club didn’t let you go there.
- No one told us anything about that ceremony in the club. Personally I had a very simple situation. I booked flight tickets beforehand to leave on December 16. Now I’min Georgiaand then I’ll go to another country to have rest.
- What next?
- Then I’ll return to Kyiv, we’ll have medical examination and the first training camp. We know how important the pre-season period is and realize our responsibility to supporters.
