On March 26, Ukraine U19 played the decisive Euro-2024 qualification elite round match – against Switzerland.
Both sides won two games before that, but Ukrainians had better goal difference, so draw was enough for them.
Still the Yellow-Blues won 3:0. Two goals were scored by FC Dynamo Kyiv forward Matviy Ponomarenko.
Three more Kyivans took the field in this game – defenders Taras Mykhavko, Olexiy Husiev and halfback Andriy Matkevych.
