79 minutes into the game he made a substitute appearance and thus made his debut for the White-Blues main squad. After the match supporting midfielder shared his impressions of that:
- I think that debut for the main squad is a great event for every player. I’d been waiting for that day and it finally came.
- When did you get to know that you would be on players’ list?
- In the morning before the match. Before that I played for Ukraine U-19 against Hungary and then returned to Dynamo camp.
- What tasks did Serhiy Rebrov set for you before you took the field?
- He told me to perform in the midfield and to control the ball.
- Did you play on your usual position?
- Yes, coach asked me to do what I can.
- How difficult was it to assimilate into the game?
- Actually it was quite easy as all Dynamo performers are high profile. Everyone supported me and I’m thankful for that.
- What are your impressions of Zoria play?
- They are good team, we scored only in the second half. Fortunately after the first goal we hit the target two more times. Zoria aimed for euro cups. They play well for defense.
