Several Dynamo players are currently unable to train with the team at the summer training camp in Austria due to injuries.
Dynamo first-team chief doctor Andrii Shmorgun in a comment to the club’s official website provided more details on the condition of the injured players.
Defender Vladyslav Zakharchenko was injured during the friendly match against Slavia. He has been diagnosed with ankle ligament damage. Recovery will take 6 weeks, during which the 20-year-old player will wear the necessary orthopedic devices and later actively work on rehabilitating his ankle.
Midfielder Kyrylo Osypenko also suffered an injury in the friendly against Slavia. He was diagnosed with a knee joint injury. Tomorrow, the midfielder will undergo surgery, which will be performed in Barcelona by the renowned specialist Ramon Cugat.
Midfielder Roman Salenko injured a muscle on the front of his thigh. He will return to Kyiv, where he will undergo rehabilitation, which will take more than a month.
Recently, midfielder Mykola Mykhailenko successfully underwent knee surgery. His return to the football field is expected in approximately one month.
At the same time, White-Blues defender Oleksandr Tymchyk and midfielder Vladyslav Kabaiev continue their preparations for returning to the main group. They are undergoing recovery according to their individual rehabilitation plans.
