The morning session started with speed exercises from physical trainer Vitaliy Kulyba. The football field was divided into three stations. At each of them players were supposed to elude bars, jump over barriers etc.
Special equipment showed players’ speed at every part of the distance.
After that Kyivans went to another field to work on attacks finishing.
This time the White-Blues tried new exercises aimed to develop mental processing. They played 4x4 with two neutral performers.
