12.11.1961. Istanbul. Turkey – USSR – 1:2
USSR played the following match against Turkey away within the 1962 World Cup qualification. Dynamo performers didn’t take part in it.
16.11.1969. Istanbul. Turkey – USSR – 1:3
In this 1970 World Cup qualifier following Kyivans took the field: Viktor Serebryanykov, Volodymyr Muntian, Anatoliy Byshovets, Anatoliy Puzach and Vitaliy Khmelnytskyi. The latter managed to score.
23.11.1975. Izmir. Turkey – USSR – 1:0
In this World Cup qualifier 10 FC Dynamo Kyiv performers took the field: Rudakov, Konkov, Zuyev, Fomenko, Reshko, Zvyahintsev, Muntian (Buriak, 61), Onyshchenko, Kolotov (c), Veremeyev and Blokhin.
05.10.1978. Ankara. Turkey – USSR – 0:2
In this friendly five Kyivans performed for USSR: Olexandr Berezhnyi, Volodymyr Bezsonov, Leonid Buriak, Anatoliy Konkov (c) and Oleh Blokhin. The latter hit the target.
07.10.1981. Izmir. Turkey – USSR – 0:3
Turkey lost the 1982 World Cup home qualifier against USSR. Oleh Blokhin scored brace. Lozynskyi, Demianenko, Baltacha, Bezsonov and Buriak also took the field.
05.04.1987. Izmir. Turkey – USSR – 0:2
In 1987 Turkey Olympic team hosted USSR. Only one player represented Dynamo – Olexiy Mykhailychenko.
10.05.1989. Istanbul. Turkey – USSR – 0:1
Kyivans Oleh Luzhnyi, Oleh Kuznetsov, Vasyl Rats, Olexiy Mykhailychenko, Henadiy Lytovchenko, Olexandr Zavarov and OLeh Protasov performed for USSR against Turkey in 1990 World Cup qualifier. Mykhailychenko scored the only goal of the game.
01.05.1996. Samsun. Turkey – Ukraine – 3:2
The first game between Turkey and independent Ukraine took place on May 1 1996 in Samsun. Andriy Shevchenko scored his first goal for the national team in this friendly. Other Dynamo performers to take the field were Luzhnyi, Kardash, Rebrov, Holovko, Shmatovalenko, Kosovskyi, Pokhlebayev and Mykhailychenko. Yozhef Sabo was the gaffer.
12.02.2003. Izmir. Turkey – Ukraine – 0:0
In 2003 Ukraine played another sparring against Turkey. Leonid Buriak was the head coach of our team. Olexandr Shovkovskyi, Olexandr Radchenko, Serhiy Fedorov, Andriy Nesmachnyi, Yuriy Dmytrulin and Andriy Husin performed for the Yellow-Blues.
17.11.2004. Istanbul. Turkey – Ukraine – 0:3
Ukraine under the charge of Oleh Blokhin flattened Turkey away in the 2006 World Cup qualifier. Olexandr Shovkovskyi, Serhiy Fedorov, Andriy Nesmachnyi, Andriy Husin, Oleh Husiev, Yuriy Dmytrulin and Andriy Shevchenko took the field.
