On Sunday, March 26, Ukraine national team started the Euro-2024 qualifying campaign. The Yellow-Blues faced England at the famous Wembley in London.
Our team conceded twice late in the first half and thus lost the game – 0:2.
FC Dynamo Kyiv right back Olexandr Karavayev was in Ukraine starting lineup (47 caps, 2 goals) while another Kyivan, Vitaliy Buialskyi, took the field in the second half (10 caps).
Ukraine will play the next qualifier on June 16 – against North Macedonia away.
