Dynamo Kyiv U21 midfielder Kyrylo Pashko spoke about training with the first team of the “white and blues.”
– During the international break, you are training with Dynamo’s first team. What emotions are you experiencing? How is this period going for you?
– Everything is great. Of course, there are difficulties because the pace is different here, and the understanding of football is different. Skill and experience play their role. But it is precisely in such conditions that progress takes place, so I am very happy to have this opportunity now.
– Training with the first team is always a responsible moment for young footballers. Do you feel any additional excitement or nervousness?
– There is no nervousness. I want everything to work out, but the level is higher here, so that does not always happen. That’s why I work to improve.
– How does communication with the older teammates take place?
– They always give advice and help. Sometimes they can give me a hard time, too, but there’s no way without that.
– You played for Dynamo’s first team in a friendly match against Zorya. How would you assess your performance?
– Of course, it was very difficult. But everything is ahead of me. I want to progress and become better so that in the future it will become easier and easier to play.
– How much does this experience motivate you?
– It is extremely strong motivation. I have a great desire to show what I am capable of. Although sometimes not everything works out, I look forward to training every day and want more and more to prove, first of all to myself, that I am capable of it.
