On January 22, FC Dynamo Kyiv played the second friendly at the training camp in Spain – against Luxembourg side Racing FC Union.
Although our opponent featured in euro cups this season (Union lost against Breidablik in the UEFA Europa Conference League first qualifying round – 2:3 at home and 0:2 away), the difference in teams’ class was obvious.
Still Dynamo created the first chance only halfway through the first half. Shaparenko found Kulach with incisive pass and Vladyslav sent the ball past the goalkeeper – 1:0.
The second goal happened a bit more than ten minutes later. Harmash put a cross into the box from the right side and Verbic headed the ball in – 2:0.
Then the White-Blues increased the lead. Shaparenko passed to Tsyhankov, Viktor left defender behind and sent the ball into the net from outside the box – 3:0
In the second half the White-Blues had different lineup (only Vivcharenko stayed on the field for a while). Supported by a group of fans, Kyivans kept attacking. Supriaha had a couple of chances, but didn’t use them.
In the 64th minute Mircea Lucescu’s men made it 4:0. Brazhko used defender’s mistake, eluded the goalkeeper and hit the target.
Union could pull one back, but Neshcheret didn’t let them score in one-on-one situation.
So, it’s 4:0 – Dynamo second lopsided win.
