Today is the 55th anniversary of the day when FC Dynamo Kyiv won the first Soviet Top League title. We’d like to congratulate you and wish you all good health and happiness!
Those, who handed us this victory, will always embody true Dynamo spirit, will to win and incredible football skills. Dynamo of 1960s gave our football a lot of outstanding performers that glorify our city and country. Special place belongs to 1961 “golden” team – Oleh Makarov, Leonid Kliuyev, Mykola Koltsov, Anatoliy Suchkov, Viktor Shcheholkov, Vitaliy Shcherbakov, Volodymyr Yerokhin, Viktor Pestryakov, Yozhef Sabo, Yuriy Voinov, Andriy Biba, Volodymyr Anufriyenko, Vasyl Turyanchyk, Volodymyr Sorokin, Valeriy Verihin, Viktor Serebryanykov, Valery Lobanovskyi, Oleh Bazylevych, Viktor Kanevskyi, Valentyn Troyanovskyi, Mykola Kashtanov, Ihor Zaytsev and their coaches Viacheslav Soloviov, Mykhailo Koman, Viktor Terentiev.
Unfortunately many of them have passed away, but they’ll always live in our hearts.
