The UEFA Referees Committee has appointed the officiating team for the second-leg match of the first qualifying round of the Europa League between Romania's Universitatea (Cluj) and Dynamo Kyiv.
The match will be officiated by a refereeing team led by 38-year-old Welsh referee Ivan Griffith. He has officiated more than 200 matches in the Welsh Premier League, as well as a number of international fixtures.
Assistant referees: Jonathon Bryant, Harry Hendricks.
Fourth official: John Jones.
VAR: Jeroen Manschot (Netherlands).
Assistant VAR: Erwin Blank (Netherlands).
Referee observer: Paolo Valeri (Italy).
UEFA delegate: Georges Luchinger (Liechtenstein).
As a reminder, the Universitatea vs Dynamo match will take place on Thursday, 16 July, at Cluj Arena. Kick-off is scheduled for 20:30 Kyiv time.
