Before the trip to Kyiv, COVID-19 outbreak happened in the team. Hans Vanaken, Stefano Denswil and Matej Mitrovic have been tested positive, just as the head coach of the team Philippe Clement and his assistants. Leading striker of the team Noa Lang has stayed in Belgium due to health issues too.

Left back Eduard Sobol will miss the first leg against Dynamo due to suspension.
