The UEFA Referees Committee has announced the referee for the first leg of the UEFA Europa League Play-off round between PFC Litex Lovech and FC Dynamo Kyiv, to be played at Lovech Stadium on Thursday 18 August.
The referee chosen for this match is Michalis Koukoulakis from Greece. The 36-year-old Michalis has never officiated a Dynamo game before but took charge of Metalurh Donetsk's draw with FK Austria Wien in the 2009/2010 Europa League play-off round.
