Mykola Shaparenko: “I try to perform my role and always work for the team”

- How hard was it to play after recovery?

- First minutes were pretty tough. I’ve been working with the team for only two days. It’s always difficult to recondition, but I need to work. At the second training camp we’ll have more friendlies that will help us get ready.

- Did you hope to recover fast as you started working individually?

- Yes, I worked out at the gym three times a day. When you’re injured you need to work more to be ready for exercise load of the team.

- What were the peculiarities of your work with recreation therapist?

- He offered me exercises that help the ankle get accustomed to exercise load.

- It seems coaches consider you to be a backbone player. Do you feel this responsibility?

- I try to perform my role and always work for the team. Of course it’s a great responsibility.

- Were Dynamo closer to win today or maybe the draw is a fair outcome?

- This is the end of our training camp, so there’s some fatigues. Thus the final game wasn’t easy.

- Do you like working under the charge of Mircea Lucescu?

- I really do. I want to thank Mister for seeing a player the team needs in me. I must keep working to meet his expectations?
