Dynamo defender Taras Mykhalyk has withdrawn from Ukraine’s upcoming friendlies against Canada (October 8, Kyiv) and Brazil (October 11, Derby, England) with an adductor injury, sustained in the league match against FC Shakhtar Donetsk last weekend.
- I had an MRI scan on Monday which confirmed a small tear. That means I will need at least two weeks to recuperate. It’s sad that I’m forced to miss Ukraine’s friedlies this week. Besides, I’m not sure I’ll be ready to play against Karpaty, as I’m not allowed to train for the next ten days, – said Taras Mykhalyk.
