Nazar Voloshyn makes senior national team debut for Ukraine

In the 87th minute of Ukraine’s 0:2 defeat to France in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Nazar Voloshyn came off the bench to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko.

For the 22-year-old Dynamo player this match marked his debut for the senior national team.

Previously, Voloshyn featured for Ukraine’s youth sides: he played 16 matches and scored 5 goals for the U21s and also appeared 3 times for the U23s, netting 2 goals.
