FC Dynamo Kyiv halfback Nazar Voloshyn has shared his impressions of the training camp in Turkey:
- You’ve had three days off. Was that enough to reboot?
- I spent time with my girlfriend, who visited me. Now I’m ready for the new stage of training process.
- How is the second training camp going to be different from the first one?
- We’ll probably work more on tactics issues. Some will play around 60 minutes in friendlies, some – less. We’ll be doing our best to win so that we could transfer victorious spirit to the league.
- Olexandr Shovkovskyi has announced you’re going to have more theory classes. What are those about?
- They show us our mistakes from previous games, we talk, coaches explain what kind of things we need to avoid.
- Which friendly was the most memorable one to you?
- I guess the one against Pakhtakor as it’s our only win so far. We did a good job and scored a lot.
- You’re to play six more games. Which one are you looking forward to the most?
- I guess the one against Dinamo Tbilisi will be interesting.
- The youth team players practice with the first team sometimes. Does it help them get used to grownup football?
- I think it’s really good. One should give youngsters a chance to feel what a grownup football is.
- Do you already feel as a more experienced player who can give a piece of advice?
- I’m too young for that, but of course I’m a bit more experienced than them.
- After a short break the team had two sessions. What were those like?
- In the morning we practiced fast switching from defense to attack. In the afternoon we worked on combinations and finishing.
- What kind of exercises do you like?
- I like shooting as I want to score.
- What do you steel need to work on?
- Lots of things including finishing.
- Who do you share the room with?
- With Denys Ihnatenko. When there’s some spare time we sleep or play FIFA on PlayStation.
