- I’m staying in Novoyavorivsk. I spend much time with my family, work out, go to sauna and swimming pool. Besides I have a gym here.
My ordinary day looks as follows: I wake up at 9-9:30, have breakfast and walk my dog. Then I have a training session that lasts an hour and a half or two. Then I have lunch and spend time with my parents. Sometimes I visit my uncle. We play tennis-ball and football.
- When are you going to return to Kyiv?
- It depends upon the team. If it’s necessary, I’ll come to Kyiv, but so far I don’t think there’s a need to sit alone in my city apartment. Here I have nature, wood and less people around.
- How difficult is it to work without the team?
- Basically it’s fine. I try to stick to the training program we get. But of course working alone you lack emotions and motivation. There’s no one to laugh with.
- What’s the most important thing to stay fit during quarantine, beside training sessions?
- I think proper nutrition is very important. I follow my weight. Good sleep is also vital.
- Will you need another training camp after the quarantine?
- We’ll definitely need it to avoid injuries.
- How do you spend your free time?
- I can play FIFA career mode sometimes. At the training camp I played against Olexandr Andriyevskyi. He’s very good at that. We played for candies.
As for movies and series, I’ve watched “Peaky blinders”. Actually I’m not a big fan of that kind of entertainment.
- What can you tell about your pet – pug?
- Its name’s Taison and it’s ten months old. When my girlfriend and I moved together, Taison was my present to her. I called the dog after the famous boxer (smiling).
