To redress injustice and give people alternative point of view we again have to comment upon the NBU statements that are not consistent with the reality.
First of all, telling that our club has bonds with PAT PRIVATBANK LTD the NBU misinforms the society and manipulates public opinion.
Our football club doesn’t deny that according to Ukrainian legislation the National Bank of Ukraine is the banking regulator. Still the letter addressed to PAT PRIVATBANK LTD that allegedly recommends, but actually orders to stop financing FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD is nothing but interference with business activities of the bank and its cooperation with client.
Such NBU “recommendation” resulted in block of credit tranche and accounts of the club. It’s all based on contrived pretext. NBU states that the club and its owners have bonds with PAT PRIVATBANK LTD though this statement has been deflated in court.
FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD express disquiet as the National Bank of Ukraine can keep exerting pressure on the club with a help of banking system. Such illegal measures of NBU are also dangerous for other clients of Ukrainian banks.
FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD owners have almost twenty-five years of experience in sports management. They’ve never shifted the responsibility for financial decisions on to someone else. The club demands from the NBU to stop illegal pressure of PAT PRIVATBANK LTD with groundless orders.
The excess of credit activities for related parties mentioned by the NBU has nothing to do with FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD as its owners have no bonds with PAT PRIVATBANK LTD. According to decision of the court the NBU has violated FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD rights.
The club is not responsible for legal or illegal actions of Pryvatbank. FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD has always been repaying obligations conscientiously. Primary loan and credit interests have always been paid in time according to current legislation.
Deconstructive position of the National Bank of Ukraine towards FC DYANMO KYIV LTD harms mental state of its employees, terrorizes people and creates atmosphere of anxiety. The NBU functionaries are responsible for that.
