After the game Serhiy Rebrov told what emotions he experienced:
- We must thank players, who stayed on the field. They worked for the whole team. Yarmolenko fouled deliberately, but he saw his teammate bleeding… Linesman, who was not far from Sydorchuk, ignored that. Lens has also picked up serious injury. After the final whistle I thanked players as their work is worth much.
In a week Kyivans gained revenge (3:1)!
