As White-Blues returned from summer holiday on June 10, midfielder Miloš Ninković was the first Dynamo player to talk to fcdynamo.kiev.ua after the opening training run.
- The first training was a difficult one. Now that the holiday is over, we need to prepare for the league kick-off. Everybody in the team is very determined. We are all fit, with no extra weight. The preparation should go well for us. Today, after running and muscle-strengthening exercises, we played a 30-minute practice match.
Yuriy Semin welcomed us back to training sessions. The club’s President Ihor Surkis was also there and emphasized that the team’s first and foremost task was to make it to the UEFA Champions League group stage. We may be drawn against such teams as Juventus and Barselona, so it will be no easy thing to accomplish.
- Where did you go on your vacation?
- I first went with my girlfriend and my friends, Sablić and Pirić, to the seaside, in Split, Croatia. Then, I visited my family in Serbia. So, I really enjoyed myself.
- Do you keep in touch with Marjan Marković?
- Marković, who featured for Serbia in three friendlies, has his vacation extended and will thus return to Kyiv on June15. I also stayed in touch my other countryman, Goran Gavrančić, all the time while he was in Greece. He had a successful half-year loan spell with PAOK, so, in my opinion, Dynamo need him. I do say so because Goran helped a lot.
