Every year it gives the club promising performers. The best of them join the main squad to glorify Dynamo.
Despite all difficulties the school gets full supply from the club. Its trainees regularly take part in Ukrainian and international competitions and have whatever they need to make headway.
FC Dynamo Kyiv president Ihor Surkis keeps developing infrastructure of the youth school. In April reconstruction of Nyvky training complex pitch started. Soon it will get brand new turf of perfect quality.
Football school director Olexandr Ishchenko has mentioned how important it is to have good turf on the pitch: “First stage of reconstruction has been completed. This turf performed homage for generations of Dynamo players for 40 years. Now club direction has rendered the only right direction – to replace it. We’re very thankful to club president Ihor Surkis, who’s financed the reconstruction. We really need this pitch as elder groups of football school train and play Youth League games on it”.
The outsourcer Is-bud Ltd has significant experience of work with football fields. This company used to cooperate with FC Dynamo Kyiv and help with Dynamo Stadium named after Valeriy Lobanovskyi and Dynamo training complex in Koncha-Zaspa.
