- Did you feel early in 1975 that the year would be special?
- Every year is special for performer until he plays football. We had confidence, willingness to win and of course some luck. In 1974 we won the Soviet Top League and the USSR Cup. Almost the whole Dynamo squad was called up to the national team.
- Dynamo and USSR national team actually became organic whole. How did that look from inside?
- In 1974 Dynamo had best player of the country almost on every position. That’s why it was decided to unify the training process of our club and of the national team. Lobanovskyi and Bazylevych were USSR best coaches. That was unique and inimitable case.
- If you could return to one 1975 day, which one would you choose?
- The whole year 1975 was a success. It was like one great day for me and the team.
