- Is the pause in UPL well-timed for Dynamo?
- It’s an opportunity to recover the wind, but still such pauses are good for teams, which don’t have a lot of internationals.
- Do you speak at FC Metalist Kharkiv?
- They have a possibility to work on tactics and physical conditions.
It’s good that there are many international players in our team, but still it causes some difficulties.
- What can you tell about 10 games Dynamo have already played within UPL this season?
- We start improving our play, but newcomers still need some time for adaptation.
Anyway the result could have been better, but for the draw against FC Volyn Lutsk and defeat against FC Chornomorets Odesa.
- You have already faced your main opponents. How can you estimate FC Shakhatar Donetsk and FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk?
- I think we didn’t play worse than Shakhtar in Donetsk. As we faced Dnipro players were nervous in the first half, but after the break we excelled Dnipropetrovsk side.
- Are Metalist Kharkiv deserved leaders of UPL at the moment?
- I think they are. Metalist play better than Dnipro and Shakhtar at the moment.
- I suppose you experience psychological pressure at the hands of journalists and experts…
- Criticism can be different. I don’t argue with real analytics.
Still I don’t understand why there is such attitude to Dynamo Kyiv in Ukraine. There is a true anti-Dynamo publicity campaign. And look at refereeing! It’s lawlessness!
- Some teams were interested in Khacheridi and Yarmolenko…
- I told Dynamo president that the price for Khacheridi is 35 million and for Yarmolenko – 40 million. I don’t impose anything upon anyone. It’s my point of view.
Juande Ramos used to say that the price for Yevhen Konoplianka is 50 million. And he still plays for Dnipro.
