FC Dynamo Kyiv player Oleksandr Karavayev has told about his vacation, medical examination and shared his expectations of the second part of the season.
- This time the winter vacation was quite brief. Have you had enough time to recover?
- It was totally enough to unwind emotionally. I was with my family. We went to the West of Ukraine as I really wanted to spend time in the mountains.
- Did you try any extreme sports?
- I didn’t although I really wanted to. When a kid I played hockey. I wanted to ski a bit, but I realize how risky it is for a football player. I’ll wait 5-6 years until I finish my career.
- Did anything bother you before the medical examination?
- No, it’s a routine for every player. At this age you want to get checked every six months to make sure everything is fine and to be calm.
- Isn’t it unusual that the team will play two euro cups games between the training camps?
- It is. We must take those responsibly and fight for the reputation of the club. This European campaign must be a lesson for us.
- What are you expectations of the UPL second round?
- Really ambitious ones. The battle will be even more intense after the winter break. The competition is fierce.
