FC Dynamo Kyiv halfback Oleksandr Pikhalionok has shared his expectations of the winter training camp.
- Oleksandr, have you had enough time for rest?
- I have. I spent it with my family in Kyiv. I’m looking forward to the training camp to get ready for the second part of the season properly.
- What are you impressions of these six months with Dynamo?
- For me personally things were good until I got injured. Unfortunately it left me out of the game for a while. I hope this won’t happen again.
As for the team, everything is going well in domestic league, but we failed in euro cups. There’s two more games. We don’t have a chance to qualify for the next round any more, but we need to do our best to win some points for the rankings table.
- January euro cups games are something new for Ukrainian football. How’re you going to get ready for such an early start?
- Our physical trainer sent players individual programs. Each maintained the shape individually. We’ll see how it works out. That’s interesting.
