Dynamo and Turkish side Kocaelispor have reached an agreement for defender Oleksandr Syrota to join the club on loan.
The loan deal runs until the end of the season.
Last season Oleksandr played on loan for Maccabi Haifa where he made 22 appearances in the Israeli Premier League, 2 in the Israeli Cup, and 2 in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers.
