The White-Blues goalkeeper Olexandr Rybka and defender Yevhen Makarenko came to the meeting with supporters to answer their questions.
- Who were your idols when you were kids?
Olexandr Rybka: I went in for football when I was twelve. My idol was Olexandr Shovkovskyi. I’m glad that now we play for the same team.
Yevhen Makarenko: As I started playing football Shevchenko was signed by AC Milan. I guess at that time all young players wanted to achieve as much as Andriy. He was my idol.
- If you had a chance to sign any player for Dynamo, who would that be?
O.R.: As I’m goalkeeper, I would have chosen a defender, for example David Luiz.
Y.M.: I guess that would be Messi, Ronaldo or Ribery. They all are top level players. I’d love to work with them.
- Question for Olexandr. Dynamo will play the next match against FC Metalurh Zaporizhia which is Maxym Koval’s native club. Has Oleh Blokhin told who’ll keep the goal? Would you like to take the field against FC Shakhtar Donetsk? What will be your motivation?
O.R.: As for the match against Metalurh, I don’t know who’ll play. Of course I always want to be among first eleven. Speaking a bout the game against Shakhtar, I really want to win. We have a good chance to struggle for Premiership this season. It’s all in our hands.
- Yevhen, where did you meet Olexandr for the first time? How did you buddy up?
Y.M.: I guess Olexandr remembers that better as at that time he worked with Dynamo main squad and I just joined the reserve team. That’s when we got acquainted.
