- Once again I’d like to say it was an ordinary friendly we finished the training camp with. It’s good that we’ve won, but there were some drawbacks, considering that we played outnumbered late in the game. Ibrahim Kargbo has been injured. We don’t know how serious that is yet. Anyway, the last friendly was just like we expected.
- After Kargbo got injured you wanted to substitute him with Tsytaishvili, but referee didn’t let you too.
- I thought that’s okay in friendly matches, but referee didn’t let us make the return substitution. That’s not a big deal, we’ve still won. Kucheruk took the field. Everything is fine although I wish the competition among forwards were fiercer.
- Goalkeeper took the place of forward. Does this prove it was a training match?
- No, it was a friendly match. We just didn’t want to be outnumbered. That’s totally natural.
- What do you think of physical conditions of the team after 14 training days?
- We’ve had great training facilities here. The weather was mostly fine too. We’ve fulfilled the amount of work we planned to. Now we leave for Kyiv. Then we’ll come back to Turkey to finish what we’ve started.
