- How do you feel being in charge of Dynamo again? How long did you ponder this offer?
- It’s very important to me to be Dynamo head coach and I understand what kind of responsibility this is. Well, you always need to think. I’ve analyzed the situation and I’m sure I’ve made the right choice.
- Dynamo president Ihor Surkis has mentioned that no one knows this team better than you do…
- The situation isn’t simple. Dynamo have already played several games and unfortunately lost some. On the other hand, victory in the Super Cup is very important. Anyway, we must forget the past and get ready for the future.
- What are your tasks for the nearest future?
- First of all I need to get acquainted with players and explain them tactics I want to see. The training process will be different, so the team will have to get used to it.
- Could you please tell about other members of coaching staff?
- These are Vadym Yevtushenko, Mykhailo Mykhailov and Serhiy Fedorov we’ve invited for internship.
- Are you satisfied with the lineup? Are you going to sign new players?
- I participated in many transfers, so I know quite enough about our players. On the other hand, I need to see how they work. At the moment, I believe in all of them.
- Will the training process of Dynamo youth teams change?
- We’ve already met their coaches. I want to see how they work. Maybe we’ll change something. We won’t impose any restrictions. We’ll just sit and discuss what we can improve.
