Only a few days remain until Dynamo Kyiv’s next match in the Ukrainian Premier League. Ihor Kostiuk’s men face an away fixture against Zhytomyr’s Polissya in Round 9 of the championship.
Dynamo continued their preparations for the upcoming match with another training session at the club’s training base in Vita-Lytovska.
The White and Blues began the session with their traditional warm-up, which consisted of running exercises. The players then split into three groups for a game of “keep-away,” where they had to pass the ball with one touch.
Later, the footballers returned to running exercises. At a signal, the Dynamo players had to cover a designated distance at maximum speed. Meanwhile, the goalkeepers worked on their own set of exercises.
Next, the coaching staff divided the players into two teams, which worked on specific game scenarios.
