Parents took him to football school when he was 6.
In 2006, when he was 11, Pavlo was invited to Dynamo Kyiv football Academy.
In 2012/13 season he made his debut for Dynamo U-19.
This season he started playing for the reserve team.
“My main aim is to play for Dynamo main squad. I think everything is possible if one works hard”, - stated Polehenko.
